Ingredients

• 1 part Rum
• 2 parts Seltzer (any flavor)
• 1 squeeze Lemon Juice
• 3 Mint Leaves (or 1 dash Creme de Menthe)

Ideal Glassware: Highball Glass

Directions

1. Muddle the mint and lemon juice in the bottom of a highball glass.
2. Add the rum and seltzer.
3. Fill glass with ice and stir thoroughly.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.
