Pineapple Upside Down Cake Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 0.5 oz Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz Whipped Cream Vodka
- 1 cup Pineapple Chunks (Freshly Frozen)
- 2 Strawberries (Large Fresh)
- 2 handfuls of Ice Cubes
- 2 Splashes naturally sweetened Pineapple-Coconut or Coconut Sparkling Water (like La Croix)
Ideal Glassware:
Directions
- Muddle (or mash) the Strawberries and spoon into the bottom of a glass.
- Add the remainder of the ingredients to a blender & blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour the Pineapple Mixture over the Strawberries.
