Long Island Iced Tea (Version 1)

Ingredients

• 0.75 oz 1800 Silver Agave Tequila
• 0.75 oz Bacardi Rum
• 0.75 oz Bombay Sapphire Gin
• 0.75 oz Tito’s Handmade Vodka
• 2 oz Homemade Sour Mix (made with Rich Simple Syrup)
• 3 oz Coca-Cola (or to taste)
• Garnish with a Lemon Wheel

Directions

1. Add the Tequila, Rum, Gin, Vodka, and Sour Mix to a shaker. Add ice.
2. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice.
3. ​Top with 3 oz of Coca-Cola (or to taste).
4. ​Garnish with a Lemon Wheel (if desired).
