Irish Coffee

Ingredients

• 3 parts Coffee
• 1 dash Sugar
• 1 part Jameson Irish Whiskey
• 1 part Baileys Irish Cream
• Garnish with Whipped Cream

Ideal Glassware: Irish Coffee Glass

Directions

1. Pour the coffee into a Irish Coffee glass and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add whiskey and stir again.
3. Top with Baileys Irish Cream. If you can, layer the cream on top rather than stirring it in.
4. ​Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream (if desired).
