Bourbon Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 part Bourbon Whiskey
• 2 parts Whole Milk
• 1 dash Simple Syrup
• 2 or 3 drops Vanilla Extract
• ​Garnish with a dusting of Nutmeg

Ideal Glassware: Old Fashioned Glass

Directions

1. Add bourbon, milk, simple syrup, and vanilla extract to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well.
2. Strain the resulting mixture into an Old Fashioned glass.
3. Top with a dash of nutmeg (if desired).
