Ingredients

  • 1 part Champagne
  • 1 part Guinness (or other stout beer)

Ideal Glassware: Champagne Flute

Directions

  1. Fill a champagne flute approximately halfway with champagne.
  2. ​Float the Guinness on top of the champagne by slowly and carefully pouring it over the back of an upside-down spoon. The results should be a bright layer of champagne beneath a layer of dark, opaque beer.
