Ingredients
- 1 part Champagne
- 1 part Guinness (or other stout beer)
Ideal Glassware: Champagne Flute
Directions
- Fill a champagne flute approximately halfway with champagne.
- Float the Guinness on top of the champagne by slowly and carefully pouring it over the back of an upside-down spoon. The results should be a bright layer of champagne beneath a layer of dark, opaque beer.
