After Dark

Ingredients

• 1 part Dark Rum
• 2 parts Club Soda
• 1 splash Pomegranate Syrup
• 2 drops Bitters
• ​Garnish with a Maraschino Cherry and Orange Wedge

Directions

1. Add ice to an Old Fashioned glass. Pour in the dark rum and top with club soda.
2. Add a splash of pomegranate syrup and let it settle into the club soda. Finish with two drops of bitters.
3. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry and an orange wedge.
